Designed by Creacion Architecture, this 4-storey townhouse maximizes a compact footprint through sophisticated stacking and integrated amenities. The facade is a masterful play on contrasts, featuring rich, textured charcoal-grey cladding juxtaposed against clean, brilliant white frames. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows across multiple levels provide both transparency and stunning internal views, flooding the interior spaces with natural light while ensuring a strong connection to the outside.

A key feature of the design is the top-level open-air sky terrace, crowned by a distinct white frame, offering a private outdoor sanctuary in the heart of the city. Below, the residence features a spacious covered carport behind a modern, laser-cut gate, bordered by warm LED strip lighting on the pavement and perimeter wall lanterns. This thoughtful lighting scheme, combined with strategically placed greenery, transforms the entire property into a welcoming and dramatic oasis at dusk.
